Description
Carle & Montanari CM-650 chocolate moulding line. The moulding line consists of eight modules it has two depositing stations which can be used independent of each other. The twin system was used for a wafer product like Nestlé’s Kit Kat. The line also has a wafer insert station and a nut insert station. The line is cooled through a fan forced water chilled station which was supplied from Seller’s factory’s processed water chilling plant. The line comes with various moulds including 2 Finger kit kat , 4 Finger kit kat , 150g block , 250g block & 375g block. All five different size of moulds will be included. The line will also come with the chocolate tempering machine. We also have all the electrical drawing and a full parts and description manual.
• Module 1, This is the cooling.
• Module 2, This is the drive unit.
• Module 3, This is roller, auger & back scraper unit.
• Module 4, This is the second depositor.
• Module 5, This is the wafer station.
• Module 6, This is the vibrator station,
• Module 7, This is the first depositing station/ nut insert / double shot depositing.
• Module 8, In this module you have the start of the line with the heating of the moulds on the top belt the de-moulding and the discharge.
