ONE SHOT CHOCOLATE MOULDING LINE Suitable for Solid, Filled, One Shot & Book Moulded Products.

Line includes:

1) MESIMERIS METAL CONSTRUCTIONS (Greece) Universal Refiner/Conche (based on Macintyre design), 1500Kgs, Year 2004, last knife change 2015

2) LLOVERAS AAC-502 Chocolate Tempering Machine, Year 1998, 500Kg/h, with Pump.  Motor Screw shell overhaul in 2022

3) 300Kgs Stainless Steel Buffer Tank double jacketed with water,

4) AWEMA UDM222 One Shot Depositor, Year 2007,  around 10 moulds per minute.Line is also AWEMA all year 2004, and includes:  •

  • Preheating mould section with plastic belt,
  • Tower control unit.
  • Pusher for the 90 degrees angle
  • Vibrator and vibrator control panel
  • AWEMA Cooling Tunnel for light pre-cool when using the book moulding system
  • Second preheating section for the surface of chocolates made with book moulding system •
  • 90 degrees turning pushers and belts driving to next cooling tunnel.

5) MESIMERIS METAL CONSTRUCTION 16 meters Cooling Tunnel with plastic belt & chiller unit.

6) Including also a set of around 400 x Moulds for 10g Finger Bars

7) MC AUTOMATIONS MC1/EWB-2 Chocolate Envelope Fold Wrapper, Year 2008, with parts to wrap the 10g finger bars.

8) SICHERA (Italy) S13S Cartoner, putting wrapped products into box, Year 2008,  up to 35 packs per minute, formats for 4 or 8 bars per pack.
